Carl has over 30 years of financial services industry and public accounting experience. Carl is both a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Public Accountant with a masters in taxation. Carl is past president of the Cocoa Rotary Club. Carl has many years of experience as a board director for numerous businesses and nonprofit entities.
Arielle M. Kingston, MST, CPA

Arielle started her career at 15 working for Carl Johns in the CPA firm. Her tenure with Carl continued through her high school and college years. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master's Degree in Taxation, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Health Service Administration. In 2015 while under the tutelage of Carl, Arielle earned her CPA License and became a Partner of the Firm. She currently serves on various nonprofit boards as treasurer and has been and is currently serving as treasurer for various political campaigns.
Tim A. Lowe, MSA, CPA
Firm Partner
Tim joined the firm in January 2021. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and the University of Central Florida with a Master of Science in Accounting. Following college, Tim worked as a tax accountant for both a national CPA firm and a regional CPA firm. Tim received his CPA license in 2013. His practice areas include individual and corporate income taxes, tax planning, entity selection, and financial statement preparation. His specialties in taxation include not-for-profit, construction and state & local income tax. Tim lives in Orlando with his wife and two children. In his free time Tim enjoys running and cycling, and has completed five marathons, including the Chicago marathon.

Kristina joined the firm as a staff accountant in August 2019. She graduated from Eastern Florida State College with her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting/Forensic Finance from Florida Institute of Technology. Kristina is a QuickBooks® Online certified ProAdvisor and is currently working on pursuing her CPA license. Her practice areas include bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation (individual & corporate). She is currently the treasurer of Riley’s Rescue of Brevard.
